  • Food service accessories (cake stands, carving stations, buffet utensils)

However, slight variations may occur. Product images may differ slightly from actual items due to lighting or screen settings.

2.2 Product Availability

As commercial equipment may have limited stock, we reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable items. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email with details.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health/safety reasons, these cannot be returned:

  • Buffet Utensils (food service items)
  • Butane Stove Cover-Ups (PPE)
  • Opened Acrylic & Plastic Salt & Pepper Shakers
  • Custom/special-order items
  • Any used, installed, or modified products

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless our error). A 15% restocking fee applies to opened commercial equipment (excluding defective items).
